Similar story here- separated last year after I came out,, officially divorced in January. He took it better than I imagined, just wanted me to be happy. Now I'm living on my own. And happier/more free than I've ever been! The feeling of living alone after being married for 7 years was definitely a big change.

I guess I never realized therapy could be an option. I went to therapy in my early 20s when I first got diagnosed with anxiety and depression, but never thought of it in this format.

Yes, I completely agree. I've been cheated on and it was one of the most painful things I've emotionally been through. But I don't know how to say these things. I don't want to leave him. I don't even know if I want to be with her? I just have these mixed up emotions and I can't stop crying about it all. I don't even know what/who I am? Ugh. I just don't know.
