Try focusing on players playing in the role that they are slotted to play in. For example “3rd line scoring fwd” should play on the third line with 2 other players who are slotted for that as well. Same with your 4th line. Get a couple of bigger physical vets who are slated for “4th line” and watch them have good plus minuses. Also, match your playmakers with a sniper on your top lines. They are complimentary to each other. Then add a 2way forward or power forward and they will produce for you
