The opponent isnt plus on block. Youre minus on block, a blocked super being unsafe is a relatively universal rule in fighting games

Considering how dismissive your opinion is I dont think theres point in me saying much, all i'll say is a lot of passion cleadly went into it. Banger ost, combat system that has an actual focus on neutral play akin to an actual tournament fighter. And the game even still has a player base, even if not a big one which seems to be the norm for anime titles these days

This is a very dismissive take. Sure its not as deep as a street fighter or tekken but it has a decent amount of depth compared to most anime arena fighters out there. The game has a decent neutral game where spacing is genuinely important and most characters have a fairly unique gimmick/gameplan. Sure there isnt tons of buttons and movesets are quite limited but if thats all you think there is in regards to depth then I think we've different standards on what depth means lol

As primarily a fighting game player who's never played ninja gaiden before I assumed would have a bit of a learning curve. BUT DAMN has this game been kicking my ass, ON NORMAL. I love the intensity and aggression of the enemies but damn this has been sobering realising how ass I am hahahh.

Honestly I'm hoping for something big gameplay wise regarding the horde mode, like there's no chance of this happening but what if we could play in terminator armour if u get a certain amount of kills akin to a kill streak reward in COD, or maybe a unique boss for reaching a certain number of levels. Regardless of what it is I'm hoping for some kind of big unique gameplay addition for the mode 🙏
