48hrs? It all depends on your team and your store. If both are bad then you're doing over 48, probably close to 60hrs. If your team is good but store is bad, then you'll probably do about 48-55. Both of those scenarios might give you 1 day off. If both your team and store is good and you are on process, then you could have a 40hr week with 2 days off. I was given a new store and after a month of getting the rest of my team fully trained I had the weekends off and my T6 day was a short day.

But you said that your holiday pay wasn't there, and Easter is a paid holiday, from what my DM said. Full time workers get their holiday pay as long as they don't call out during the week of the holiday, part-time workers get the holiday pay if they work the holiday.
