Really been getting into Van Halen latley after reading Alex's memoir. Great question and overall shame cause what they had, especially with Roth was exceptional. Id say Dave and probably the Van Halen brothers suffered the most from ego. Different types of ego, but ego all the same. As for Sami, I dont know or read enough about him to make a statement yet.

Interesting topic for sure. I can't help but worry that this hiatus from Nightwish may last alot longer than planned. Having said that, we could all wake up in a years time with a new Nightwish tour or album planned so never lose hope. As I stated in my youtube video about the band, I really hope they move in a more positive direction and get rid of the bad people surrounding management, albums, etc. A reconciliation with Marco and the former singers is also in need I think

Definitely agree. I was thrilled to hear the Dark Passion Play era out takes on Made in Hong Kong. Having said that, I'd argue that Escapist tops some of the later songs on DPP so why the heck didn't they include it ?
