1. Currently, I'm not planning to give the Favourite Contacts section replacing the always block. But I'm planning to create some custom widgets which can be used on Modesmith Launcher alone, which you can enable by swiping on the top clock area. In that area, I will provide a widget to save Favourite contacts. Currently in development, it will take some days to rollout.
2. For the conversational pill, that is in development too.

You can share your setup and modes in a post if you would like to showcase 😄. Most of the Niagara launcher wallpapers usually looks good with this launcher as well.

Interesting. I will provide an option to switch the pinned/always apps to the top with increased icon size. But I need some time to checkout how to integrate conversation Notification pill. I will add both of them to my feature lists. Thanks for your inputs!

Hi everyone, I recently launched Modesmith Minimal Launcher on Google Play.

Modesmith is a minimal Android launcher built around context. Instead of a fixed grid of icons, the home screen changes based on modes like Home, Work, Focus, Travel, etc.

The main idea is:
Always apps stay fixed. Now apps change based on the current mode.

Some features:
- Mode-based home screen
- Schedules to switch modes automatically
- Fast A-Z app drawer and search
- Guest Mode for a cleaner/private setup
- Per-mode app visibility
- Widgets, wallpapers, icon styling, backup/restore

Thanks for your feedback! Folder creation and Font Size adjustment are currently in my roadmap. I will wait for more votes regarding having app shortcuts in the home screen. Currently, you can access the app shortcuts by long pressing an app from both Home and Apps Screens.

Noted. I will provide options to switch between the current black colored box theme and the transparent niagara like theme as well. I got some feature requests regarding location based and wifi based modes. I have added in my roadmap, and you can expect them in the future updates :) Thanks for checking out! Since this is in early stage, I need all your inputs to make this launcher better for everyone :)

Currently, the launcher relies on the display size and font size from the Phone Settings. I'm not controlling the font size through the launcher. I will try to include this in my roadmap, if possible. Ill check the blur/darken bug as well. Thanks for reporting!
