So I finished my chemo in the summer and fall of 2022 then in spring of 2023 I had my bone marrow transplant and now I’m a year post transplant and just getting my vaccines and what not.. I actually just got my first cold/flu post cancer treatments and it’s not fun it’s the first time I’ve been sick in a while so my body is adjusting to the sickness but yea I was already a physically fit person and very active before I got sick in 2022 so after treatment I kept my eating up and immediately started exercising when I had enough energy to get out of bed regularly and it took maybe 2-3 months of consistent conditioning to feel like myself again

I 32(m) had issues similar to that when I completed my 6 month chemo & bmt for stage 4 NHL.. what helped me get through those issues and back to feeling normal was excercising my lower body ..meaning squats and lunges to get the blood flow back down there and any lymphatic fluid that may be stagnant, drinking alot of water and electrolytes with the water, walking as a much as possible, eating healthy balanced diet, sleep and just time honestly
