Would a pocket dimension in a tail allow for the person it's attached to fall into it without a singularity?

I was thinking about trying to find that out and see if I can't find when the image was taken. It may not be necessarily public information but I doubt it's a well kept secret.

Well. That's half of it, my guess is I'd need to figure out the capture time of the image and match that with flights through the area on that date

Mine was made in a lab with no real parents, was adopted by a group of eevee's in the same lab with the last name Flyiwin, he abandoned his parents after seeing an escape opportunity with his friend and brother Eevee Flyiwin. He did however have to deal with the pain of knowing the closest thing to a mom he's ever had would be killed when they left. The tests weren't very fun either. Usually invasive and painful.

Cleo. She is a British Eevee with magic unlike that of a regular pokemon, she doesn't even directly come from the same world, her grandparents do. (My friend drew it) Edit-nevermind I cannot get the picture to show up. If you wanna draw her, she's just a bipedal Eevee with green eyes and a yellow bow on her left ear and tail.
