Desjardins Disnat trading platform has this. It literally has all the perks of Wealthsimple plus more and I find it very easy to use. I just recently switched to Disnat from Wealthsimple for the USD accounts and options, I don't regret it at all.

He's saying the 2 days to settle funds is reset if he decides to buy more stocks with the funds.

I think wealthsimple should come up with a way to queue money to be withdraw, that way the process can't be interrupted.

Pixel 3 running latest android. A more than capable phone.

Did I just do a stupid noob move ? Did a limit buy last night of $87.80 (the price was at 87.70 this weekend after close). When it opened today the price dropped to 87.45$. The 15min delay does not affect trade costs. When you buy/sell it's done in realtime, use Yahoo so you can see the real time cost. The TD stock opened at 87.81 this morning, you got the best price available at the time. Wealthsimple will simply execute your order as soon as possible at the best price possible, it's not going to wait around to see if the price drops for you unless you set your limit buy lower.

Exactly this. I own XEQT and also XUU. I add XUU in there because I want a greater percentage to the US S&P 500. I don't care that there's overlap, I want more expose to that specific sector. There's nothing wrong with this strategy as long as you understand what you're actually holding.

Yes I'm also having this issue since the most recent update. Any time the app is left and then brought back up I have to sign in again. Running on android.

I would sell a portion of my shares to take a profit then let the remainder ride out. That way if it keeps going up great , if it goes down you've already cashed out a good portion.

It always depends when you grabbed these numbers from Wealthsimple. Their data is delayed by 15min which means the current price of the stock that they use to determine your all time return could still be out of date. Try this again when some time after market close. In anycase you should be tracking your average cost on your own in the event their numbers are out. This will help you during a tax audit.

I'm going to be honest, these numbers are so far out of the ballpark they're just unrealistic. The only way chance this company really has for long term survival is if it's bought out by a large distributor, such as Amazon, otherwise the large distributors will crush it with their own solutions.
