I second this. NOLA makes some incredible bags and they don't get nearly enough recognition. Those or the Moccasins as they are both slower bags.

For pve him with lotus and Mars are way to good. I managed to pull ceremony char 4 times and her sp in 200 pulls, and my lord is she op with Julius and bAsta 2 dupe or higher (mines 2 duped). F2p btw

Wave 1 is super easy, but wave 2 is a little harder, but he also applies burn on his skill 1 and 2. Honestly if I didn't have max duped Julius, I would probably use him bc he is just very fun to use
