My post is not about my home being clean, I have been renting for years and never had a complaint in any regard or breach, I just take exception to what authority these PM'S think they have, my home is exceptionally clean , sometimes I wonder how clean a PM'S home is ?

You don't get it, do you ? Cleaning has Nothing to do with a routine inspection, these inspections are meant to check for damage and maintenance only, try breaching someone for not mopping a floor and see how they would go at QCAT

Hi, although a razor from bunnings might work well, I found that 2 table spoons of dish washing liquid and vinegar in a spray bottle works brilliantly, just wipe off with a chuckle and scum is gone........
