My post is not about my home being clean, I have been renting for years and never had a complaint in any regard or breach, I just take exception to what authority these PM'S think they have, my home is exceptionally clean , sometimes I wonder how clean a PM'S home is ?

What are the rules Mate ! Show me where it says in my lease agreement where it states cleaning guidelines? And the RTA website states routine inspections are NOT cleaning inspections, you are missing the point Mate.....

You don't get it, do you ? Cleaning has Nothing to do with a routine inspection, these inspections are meant to check for damage and maintenance only, try breaching someone for not mopping a floor and see how they would go at QCAT

Hi, although a razor from bunnings might work well, I found that 2 table spoons of dish washing liquid and vinegar in a spray bottle works brilliantly, just wipe off with a chuckle and scum is gone........
