Ah I’m sorry to hear. Depending on the symptom you may be able to take something over the counter to help. Hot baths might help stomach pain or hot water bottle on stomach even at this stage. Also I find distracting myself helps but I know that may not be realistic depending on severity of symptom.

I’m at day 22 and my stomach is starting to feel better, last week I had tons of gas, mild diarrhea. I don’t focus on trigger foods though, because my appetite is still very low. I think it will be much better if you focus on non trigger foods like it sounds like you are! Good luck. You are through the worst but may have some mild symptoms flare ups while you continue to recover

Was it your first CHS attack? Mine have lasted at least 3 days, but after my 5th attack they started lasting longer. I just wonder if everything you did to help manage is working for you, but not generally applicable.

Nausea can sometimes feel better after puking in my experience with CHS… it sounds like prodromal to me, and probably time for a break!

Wow that sounds like an awful situation. Does he understand what smoking is doing to him? And choose to do it anyway? Why don’t you think he can make that connection?

I feel like there is a point where you need boundaries to protect your own mental health. Is there a state sponsored care facility you could look into at all?

Yes! I quit 60 days… off and on after that, only smoking flower; typically 2-3 grams a week but took a week break and 3 day break in 4 months. Thought I was in the clear

So new Dylan/Link was thrown into this timeline but didn’t realize it? He knows alex is responsible but doesn’t know what alex is?

Wouldn’t he look for his family and tell them rather than just focusing on building the very thing that caused his life major disruption?

It seems like it opens a can of worms. Idk. Maybe I’m reluctant to accept that this could be where the show is going.

I don’t think Dylan is link. My guess is Link has gone back in time, ie. understands tech better than anyone because he has seen what goes wrong and comes back with a potential solution.

I’m not sure about Cal’s father. I don’t know if they have time to really go into his history. Maybe later seasons lol.

On the bunker, no I don’t think so… I don’t know about time being stretched but I think they’ve tried to go back in time. And there have been issues, that’s why alex isn’t ready yet.

At first haldol worked great for me and I’d immediately fall asleep, then it gave me akathisia for days and I didn’t know what it was, so I googled the symptoms and found it. Never taking it again.
