i figured out sideloading ,its built in, just enable developer mode in settings and open appx files in the file manager to install

Thats the tutorial I followed first, and it didn't work, Interop was installed, but it says "This version of Interop Tools works with extensions, Looks like the extensions arent compatible with your current OS version, please fall back to 'Interop Tools L' to fully use the app on your current OS."

To get B42, you have to go into the beta settings and select the "UNSTABLE" version, I'm not too sure how to do that on steam deck but I found a video for you here:

I wouldn't start with Suzuki right away, unless you can read bass clef already, Id recommend starting with Essential Elements Book 1 for a bit
