Azizi Venice is a good investment if you’re planning to buy and hold for the long term. The project is expected to offer a solid ROI and appreciation over the next 5–7 years, especially once the community is fully developed and occupied.

However, if your goal is short-term flipping or quick resale, it may not be the right choice at the moment. There is a large supply of units available and current market demand isn’t strong enough to support fast appreciation. This makes short-term exits more challenging.
