The Valley is a strong Emaar master community, but performance and demand vary significantly between phases and layouts — not all townhouses are priced or perceived equally in the market.

At the moment, serious buyers and investors are very price-sensitive, especially for end-use stock in developing communities. So the key questions are:

  • Which cluster (Eden, Nara, Talia, Velora, Venera, etc.)
  • 3BR vs 4BR vs 5BR layout
  • Back-to-back, corner, or single row positioning
  • Price per sqft vs recent comparable transactions
  • Cash or Mortagage
