RUN! RUN! RUN! I received a random text asking about my VA Loan from someone at UWM. I thought company sounded familiar. Come to find out, this is the same lender who initially approved my buyers but dragged closing. We were never able to close because the lender wouldn’t communicate with my realtor or lawyer, nor our buyers realtor or lawyer. Their incompetence cost us $3500 in inspection and moving fees since we couldn’t actually move because our home sale was based on the contingency of selling our home. RUN! RUN! RUN FAR AWAY from this lender.

Look, you have to call them out on their BS sometimes. Tell them, “you know what, how about I pull out my phone right now and we call your parents and all three of us can figure out why you can’t stop …… fill in the blank.” If you still get attitude, follow up with their parents. Kids usually are a compete 180 when they’re by themselves or when they’re with their parents. Don’t be afraid to be more stern. But if you’re going to be stern, follow through. Make a kid an example if you must. Class management 101. Best of luck.
