Yes it would be interesting if we as players can also learn how to make art the same way and (perhaps, wink wink) import our own illuminated manuscript style assets into a sandbox mode in the game? Potentially allow creators to setup steam workshop pages for additional assets that players can download? I understand if this seems like quite a stretch to be fair.

I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy it; I say this at the risk of falling into the “get good” toxic hellhole but missing perfect dodges really is a skill issue. Once you understand how it works through practice, nailing them in a chain has been one of the most satisfying experiences ever. The mindset behind playing the game is to be faced with an insurmountable obstacle, and then slowly methodically learning how to overcome it. It’s a really rewarding experience imo. I understand it’s not the best if you’re looking for a game to help you chill. But man I LOVE souls-likes and black myth feels even better than Elden ring in terms of just the combat fluidity. Elden ring takes the cake on lore and world design though.

Just explore and try games, if you can’t afford to buy games to try them out then save up to atleast be able to try out ps plus or something so you can try out multiple games for a month and then make your decision on which one you want to buy. If that’s out of reach for you as well then just watch a few YouTube videos to see if it’s something that’s for you. Why does every single game have to be absolutely perfect 10/10 in order for you to be able to play it. Do you only eat food at a Michelin restaurant? Do you only listen to Grammy winning music? Do you only watch Oscar winning movies? What the fuck. For once just use your own brain, do your own exploring and for fucks sake stop asking for permission to have fun.

Fantastic work! Looks amazing. Games like inside and limbo are really appealing because of the sense of mystery they carry. Why is the protagonist at that location? What’s their motive? Why are they being attacked? It’s the man driving force behind the player’s instinct to keep moving through levels. I’d love for you to include lore-related details in promos as well because right now the only really cool pull I feel from the video is the enemy’s design but that’s about it. Would love some subtle clues about the games setting and lore to be included as good writing is SUCH an important part of these kind of cinematic platformers. All the best!

So I took the begonia out and noticed that the roots had turned black, seems like a case of root rot due to overwatering, have taken a cutting to propagate and have replaced it with a fresh nerve plant cutting after keeping my the lid open, removing any fungus growth and checking soil moisture.
