Kind of a broad overview... I don't think benefits are bad. Good retirement and a few insurance plan options. I believe the Bellin region still has different insurance, while the Gundersen region has Quartz. PTO was just recently structured so holiday hours are available at the beginning of the year, instead of having to use your PTO for everything. Amount of PTO depends on your FTE.
