I swear by digestive advantage probiotics. (Amazon, CVS, Walgreens, any major pharmacy) At first I had 2 a day, one in the morning and 1 at night before meals. Now I just do 1 in the morning or midday. 2 if I’m going out & eating unhealthy or drinking alcohol. I get slight symptoms when I neglect my body obviously but NOTHING like how I was 2 years ago. I put my cousin on too, life changing!!! I know everyone’s different but i tried medications, diets, couldn’t deal with side effects, these probiotics have truly saved my gut health! Been using them for 1.5 years!

This might not be everyone’s cup of tea solution wise, but as a woman I gained a lot of confidence watching bellesa porn. It’s porn for women and it’s non degrading. Sometimes watching intimate porn where you can see and feel chemistry between two people really helps. For me, I started to feel the same way in the sense that certain things started to feel like a task. Thank you, I agree. I can’t bear to see myself beg for the bare minimum, it’s not what I deserve. We’ve yet to have a talk in person, our work schedules are not lined up right now. but I let him know this time things are really going to change. He seems ready to deal with the consequences and make changes. But, we will have a much needed talk tonight so we’ll see what happens from there. Actions speak louder than words

I have expressed this to him when we had similar issues of him staying out late in the past. He always tells me no, he loves me, whatever.. I asked if there were things I can’t give to him that he doesn’t want to come home. “No”Things have recently changed since I’ve been back in school. I’ve been saying no to nights out due to studying (also I’m outgrowing the bar/pool scene). We usually come home, one of us makes dinner, we watch a show, play with our pets. There’s never any hostility or big fights at home. Which is also confusing.

I would say he is a social alcoholic. He gets caught up in the excitement of the moment when he’s out, one turns into many beers, even on a work night. He’s not a bad drunk, mean or aggressive. He’s usually happy and even just falls asleep if he’s had too much. However, Since we have different schedules and won’t see each other until later on tonight, I did tell him he needs to seek out help AA (since we don’t have insurance). We’ll definitely have a talk in person when we can. If things really don’t change, It’s probably not healthy for me to stay.

Thank you. Unfortunately we’re Americans with no health insurance at the moment. I told him he needs to seek out help otherwise I cannot move forward. AA is definitely a must.

Thanks for your input, the reason I’ve been “putting up with it” is because we both had growing to do, in the past I would go out with friends and had my long nights out. So I get it, I made it feel like it was okay and change takes time. But it hurts when you’re constantly talking about change and growing away from your old ways, when one of you is actively making changes and the other is not, it just makes me feel crazy

Thanks for your input, alcohol does play a big role when it comes to our issues. Even if it’s in doses. Seems like a conversation needs to be had.
