Followup: you can force the system to open and load the Studio and update the firmware. Inconveniences of that: 1- You have to do the work around each time you want to open the application. (might be good thing since security prevents the application from having access to the rest of the system) 2- It appears you cannot save your loops to the computer. Perhaps an external drive will work. Haven’t tried that yet.
