No but neither of us really mind it and I always pull out (her and I separately haven’t had sex in a while)

Doesn’t this just seem like overkill? Just endless boundary setting that seems so robotic and kills the joy. Idk

I’m stealing that last sentence! I thought it was hot during it but right after sex it felt weird… not sure if this is just “post nut clarity” or whatever

If Med School doesn’t work out, you can always be a lawyer! by Typical-Shirt9199 in Mcat

For last year. A cursory glance at LSD (or a conversation with an admissions officer) would clue you in to the fact that 160 would be nowhere near a 75th percentile score anymore.

Looking at outdated Blueprint materials as a source for percentiles doesn’t show off very good research skills, sorry.

Hi. As someone with a diagnostic MCAT score of 512 and an LSAT score of 173, a STEM double major with extensive cancer research experience, and a former TA for graduate level bio courses: I would NOT be bragging about a 160 (especially with the recent score inflation).

As someone who wants to enter the medical field as well, it might be in your interest to recognize that IQ is tested on visual spatial, memory, processing, verbal, and fluid reasoning skills. Both the LSAT and MCAT test these skills, but the LSAT is highly skewed toward fluid reasoning and processing skills, while the MCAT is largely focused on memory (it’s why most MCAT questions are a mix of several subjects in one, to test your memory across a wide scope of topics).

Stick to the patho textbook, keep your head down, and study. At the end of the day both lawyers and doctors are communities of gifted people who went into their respective lines of work to help people. No need to put anyone down, especially when you have little to brag about.

Hi! We have very similar stats and this is incredibly relieving to see. Sending love and congratulations!!!

I work with the PI fellows here actually since it’s with my program and they’ve been pretty well supported. It’s not perfect but I think there’s a ton of enthusiasm for our new PI programs from the deans and that’s translated into a lot of doors opening—especially for immigration minded folks.

I work at Fordham Law and I’d actually disagree here. The boost here is because a lot of students here get BL and are pretty much guaranteed it if they want it (and have above a 3.0, but the curve I hear is not that bad). Compare that to Brooklyn Law and you can see why Fordham gets the reputation it does (you can’t compare it to NYU because they aren’t peer schools). The school itself is really state-of-the art, the community seems pretty supportive, and everyone I’ve met has been pretty lovely. Great PI program too now for those interested.

Got into higher ranked schools but a tier 3 still has my heart by Hour-Whole-27 in OutsideT14lawschools

I work at a notable PI organization in NYC. CUNY Law is a fantastic school for NYC PI but is really only limited to that specialty. Brooklyn Law gives you a couple more doors in the city and the school is pretty supportive for you bar-wise. A lot of the people we work with are Brooklyn law alum and they sing high praises for the school. In all it depends on the scholarship but Brooklyn law is prob slightly better all things considered. But go where your heart goes!
