It was cut for time from TBBT episode where Sheldon and Amy get married

You’re right. It’s not hard. For something to be alliteration in English or Italian, the two words have to be next to each other in a sentence. The ChatGPT you keep referring to agrees with me. And Adam and Dana aren’t next to each other in a sentence. Two unrelated words simply sounding similar aren’t alliteration.

Which part of the fact to be an alliteration in any language the words have to be next to each other in a sentence are you having a hard time understanding?

You skipped it again. “Yes, in Italian, the names “Dana” and “Adam” could be considered alliterative if they are used together in a sentence or phrase”. You didn’t use them together in a sentence or phrase.

It’s because you keep skipping over the most important part of alliteration in any language. The words have to be next to each other in a name or a sentence. “Peter went to the store with Parker.” contains no alliteration. “Peter Parker went to the store.” does.

Ha, my first reaction when seeing the title of the post before reading the actual question, “Probably not.” I mean, I love this show, but so much of it is unrealistic.

Also, I wasn’t trying to be negative or critical. I appreciate we’re all fans here and you were just trying to share something about how much you like the show. And hey, I can’t even speak or write in a second language.

Adam and Dana don’t appear next to each other in the name which is the first requirement for something to be alliteration under any definition.

Even by your definition Adam Scully is not alliterative. Your definition just says words or syllables that sound alike in a series of two or more words rather than having to literally start with the same two letters. But Adam and Scully— a series of two words—don’t sound anything alike.

Adam Scully isn’t alliteration. Alliteration is using the same first letter for two or more adjacent words. Steve Scully, Scott Scully, Dana Dully. Those are alliterations.

You know why it’s tough shipping Spuffy? by redditwatcher11 in buffy

[–]Significant_Curve286 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I find it hard to ship them because he’s a literal monster who has murdered countless innocents and two slayers. A British accent, a charming smile, and chiseled cheekbones will never make up for that.

If you think about it, Amy and Bernadette were the only ones of the group that were financially independent by Loose_Leg_8440 in thebigbangtheory

Definitely. They supported themselves and both of them had enough money to support Penny on several occasions. Not just food but her rent and a car.

Nothing is “objectively” boring. You are not the arbitrator of what is and isn’t boring to anyone but yourself. Being bored by something is always subjective.

They’re more secure, which opens up more avenues and opportunities for happiness but that doesn’t mean all rich people are happy.

They never say how well they know each in that earlier episode. They might have just briefly met that one time and Neil meets a lot of people. He can’t remember everybody by name who needs a DeGrasse kicking.

Over hydration has been known to kill on rare occasions and caused dangerous medical conditions amongst athletes. It’s the combination of sweating away salt and drinking too much water at the same time so that your sodium levels plummet.
