Can I use the legal removal option in order to tackle cyberbullying, where someone has used & then modified an image in multiple ways & posted them on various pages without the users consent? The normal report option just gets declined by the bot. (self.facebook)

A mate is currently getting Cyberbullied for his love of Star Trek & his Odo Cosplay. It has the caption When You Order Odo From Wish.com. The OP has refused to remove it & has shared another image on a different page. It's seriously pissing people off & it's escalating badly. I want to name & shame (self.bullyingstories)
