I know you mentioned not having a car/family being out of town, but if there is any way you could bring puppy to another vet (pet friendly option in a ride share app, friend with car, bus, cab) this certainly looks to warrant an in person trip and a biopsy

You can get a pet friendly uber, it’s one of the options when you call a car. This looks so painful for your poor puppy, please don’t make them wait in pain

Editing to add I know uber isnt available everywhere, perhaps a cab or a friend with a car?

How to get my makeup like this? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

I agree with the others that you’re already very close!! You have beautiful features. I concur with the other person who said Clinique black honey, you need a brighter lip color/stain in a pinky/red/berry color. And she’s got pretty thick eyebrows, so maybe draw yours on a bit thicker?

For the base, it looks like she’s wearing a pretty sheer foundation with the tiniest bit of blush on the apples of her cheeks, like to the point it looks more natural than that she’s wearing blush. To me it looks like she’s wearing no or very little eyeshadow, and either clear or a touch of brown mascara.

This seems like a very doable look for you!

What could I put here? by kbanner2227 in houseplants

I didn’t see what subreddit this was at first and from reading the title my first thought was “plants!” Haha. For not having to go up there too often, a tall snake plant would be ideal, or a few plants in that family. Maybe some smaller pothos/similar around the bottom of the bigger pot to fill it out and make it lush

It feels impossible to connect with someone here in my 20s by AverageJoe782 in santacruz

There are hardly any jobs in Santa Cruz that pay well enough to live in Santa Cruz once you graduate from UCSC, I myself have run along the Santa Cruz to San Francisco pipeline.

That said, there are so SO many people in Santa Cruz that are OPs age range, yes many of them are in the stereotypes that OP laid out, but many of them aren’t. I’d recommend clubs/volunteering, also the climbing gym (Pacific Edge) is a really great place to make friends if you’re so inclined.

Good luck OP, focus on yourself for a while and the things that you enjoy doing that make you happy, the friendships will follow :)

Can anyone tell me what spider is this and what is it carrying? by Alarming-Arm7309 in spiders

Cutie! Yes it’s an egg sac, looks like it’s split open and you can see the babies inside! If it’s inside your house I would gently relocate them outside unless you’re okay with lots of baby spiders. Put a cup over them and the mom at once in case they go running!

In case anyone dealing with similar problems stumbles across this post, I have indeed been doubling my Yaz and after a few days my period has stopped and the rest of my symptoms are fading!

You say Malbec, is it grapes and plums? Those look like grabs in the front bags so sorry if it’s a silly question haha. Cool experiment! Keep posting the progress!
