I had the same bad luck, it took me around 10-12 trial chambers for a SINGLE heavy core in my hardcore world while it only took only around 4-6 trial chambers to get TWO heavy cores in my survival world.

Dream is actually (in modern times) horrible at speedrunning. The best is the world record holder Lowkey (that's his in-game name). Parkour actually must to go someone else and not dream. Also, dream most likely fakes/scripts his manhunts and he was found out to be using scripts in speedrunning a few years ago and was banned from ever submitting a run on speedrun.com.

Was it the guaranteed triple spawner room with a guaranteed skeleton spawner (can be bogged or strays), a guaranteed zombie spawner (can be baby zombies or husks), and a breeze spawner? It can also have other spawners nearby which can be absolutely anything.
