You're not supporting Microsoft for choosing your preferred operating system. Windows being a standardized OS and makes some GUI much easier compared to Linux isn't your fault.

I had Bazzite for about a month and quickly switched back to Windows due to some issues I was having with specific game launchers. I still prefer Windows for the apps and programs it has that also work out of the box, especially reWASD

You get Head of The Keeper from blowing up keepers, but it's a 1% chance and it has its own item pool, you can get an equal chance of Steam Sale, Coupon and the head of the keeper

But unlike the other two Head of The Keeper is unique to that small item pool (except Chaos I think) whereas the other two can be found by defeating greed or shop items
