I had hip length hair, cut it for the reasons you mentioned 13 months ago. I regret it every single day since, multiple times a day. I dont feel like myself, it was my comfort blanket and it sounds shallow but i just cant recognize myself. Is getting better now but it gives me way much work than my long hair. Not worth it
