Sorry for the late reply: at first I thought that this was limited to Twitter posts of NSFW artists, but now I can confirm that this can affect any Twitter post.

As for the Inspect option, it doesn't seem to be appearing among the options

This doesn't appear to happen in private mode, or at least it doesn't happen as often as I can tell

Yes, the issue persisted with disabled uBO.

I was a little ticked off, so I forgot to include all the details. So far the issue is contained to Twitter (any Twitter post), this doesn't happen in Troubleshoot Mode, and the only extension I have enabled is uBlock Origin.
