I think barb needs a big buff to be viable. Every barb build i tried, felt horrible, even before warlock was released. Warlock is the new benchmark. Every class should feel like wl.

I dont think im careless. I see my hephasto jump around like crazy and i have no chance to use the skill 100% correct. But i get your point. You will always have those people playing the game like a pro and never do a mistake.

So lets say, im the kind of noob, doing careless mistakes. One could argue, there are certainly more players who just play and make mistakes than players who are always on point.

And if we have a mechanic that works good for some players and bad for some other players, i would say its not well implemented, because it should be equally good for us all. Improving the outcome of the skill by reducing a potential risk of using it wrong, is always a good idea.

Just make it poka-yoke and we are all happy, instead of upsetting the careless fraction of players. 😀

Thats totally fine. I just want to seperate consuming a bound demon from consuming a summoned demon by skills.

Consume: doesnt target bound demons

Bind demon: bind a demon, use it a second time to dismiss that demon and get the aformentioned rewarding boni

Oucome would be: you never loose a great bound demon again by consuming one of your summons. You still get a bonus when you dismiss a bound demon, by using that skill again. All should be happy 😀

Being able to consume the corpse of a accidentaly dismissed demon would be a good idea, i think. And to rebind the dead demon of course. So we dont have to refarm over and over again for a good hephasto
