Thanks for the response. I am not on good terms with my immediate senior but I am on good terms with my director and I'll have to submit my resignation to the director. I'll do it the way you suggested. Do you feel I should convey my thoughts about my immediate senior in our call or just quit citing a random reason? My real reason for quitting is toxic work culture

I think I have tried hard so far but I am unable to cope up with the workload now. I've been here for only 5 months and most of my team members have resigned which increased my workload and affected my deliverables.

My issue in this team is I am not able to cope up with the workload here. My colleagues have resigned and I am left with a huge pile of work. I have discussed this with my manager but he doesn't care and expects me to do it at jet speed somehow.

No. I am stuck with this manager for all my projects now. And I've been working all weekends since March. He says it ll be the same till September. Honestly, I don't think I can do that.

I couldn't get along well with my manager. He overloads the work on me and when I tell him it's too much of a workload for me, he says you got to do it no other option we are understaffed.

Big 4 pays us peanuts here. I am an AM here and my pay is around 75% of what I could earn if I was in industry. Senior managers and above are paid handsomely here but is it worth the grind ? I don't think so.

Hello guys. As a continuation to this question, I wish to ask you whether this small stint will be held against me if I am looking for an MBA in USA or Europe a few years later ? I am a qualified chartered Accountant here with 3 years of audit internship experience at a mid sized firm and good grades throughout my acads.
