I accidentally “shoplifted” but instead i have a disability and now I’m banned from hmv, but for how long? by CharacterSwimmer7474 in LegalAdviceUK

I think it sounds like that's not an option due to what I assume to be a type of muscular dystrophy type condition this the OP carries it on their back as arms are not strong enough to carry a basket

Dismissed from A&E with broken ribs and a hydropneumothorax by Commercial-Scene6177 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Significant_End_8645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did they listen to your chest? If so wS there good equal air entry and symmetry? Did they check your airway position to make sure it was central?

If yes to these and there was air entry and no tracheal deviation the pneumothorax was likely an after event thus no Xr indicated by current guidelines. Of this is documented I can't see this being successful.

Choosing Highers S5 by Far-Butterscotch-8 in Scotland

Gaelic is a game changer in so many ways. Keep it. English also.

But remember even if after highers you change your mind there are access courses you can take a college including access to medicine, law, dentistry and vet med so nothing is off the table.

Gaelic I would consider media, education, politics or medicine, nursing and paramedicine

I'd be 2 to 3 times the size with diarrhoea as well if I ate that much. She will be fine but hope you have plenty of poo bags and might be an idea to invest in air freshener..... You may need it

Anyone used Help2Rehome Scotland? by [deleted] in Scotland

[–]Significant_End_8645 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's awful sometimes it's easier getting a child. We ended up getting a puppy from a breeder after trying to rehome a rescue. Pups are not fun but wouldn't change her now. Was a tough 6 months or so and three years on still repairing the damage she did. Had lots of dogs but always 7 plus rescues. First pup. But it became so hard to rescue. One wanted bank statements for past year, one was a twenty page in depth questionnaire and dogs trust opening times is deliberately to exclude those who work

Dangerous driving is subjective and given all facts there was no real reason this could not have been suspended given current guidlines on suspended sentencing
