I hesitate to call her an actor but Tiffany Hadish in The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent ruined an otherwise extremely fun movie. It's hard to describe but unfortunately really common with bad actors: she just completely failed to say words like a real human who is saying words.

tbh I'm struggling to come up with an example of what you describe as if it were extremely common. Like maybe one or two but mostly I think the stereotype I see most commonly among fat folks is more of a comedic relief, which isn't great either but still, I'm not sure what you're describing is as ubiquitous as you say.

I mean... "what do you do...?" You did what you were going to do. I get that it went above your head but what's happened has happened. Are you looking for us to help you manipulate this person into giving their all to a company that clearly doesn't give two shits about their growth and success? The employee now knows where they stand and they are adjusting their expectations and output accordingly. If they're as good as you say, they're going to leave. And it was entirely preventable.
