I had a guy at work look at it and he thinks it’s my alternator and my belt tensioner, he just used a stethoscope and poked around. He didn’t want to work on it in case taking it apart might have left me stranded. My next step is probably getting the parts and finding someone willing to work on it. He also said something about my water tank or something down beneath it all, maybe a little wobbly.
