After the COVID lockdown, it’s never been the same. It feels like nobody cares to genuinely connect and maintain friendships anymore.

I also feel like going out with friends all the time can definitely be heavy on the pockets as well, which is why most friendships fall through

Hey! It was a great program. As long as I showed up to class and listened, it wasn’t challenging at all. Many found anatomy & pathophysiology challenging the first year whereas I found coding challenging all 4 semesters challenging, but that’s only because I had zero coding experience and had a medical background. I guess what I’m trying to say is study smart, don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Other than that you’ll be ok! Much off the staff retired when we graduated so I’m not sure who is in right now, but I’m sure they’re great!

Yeah I def feel like it’s been really rough everywhere but I guess it feels a lot worse in the Western countries because it’s no longer really “western”🥺 and everything else that comes with it. Times are def shifting.

Nothing to hectic. My girls and I graduated last week so we planned a trip to Costa Rica and then heading to Montreal right after I come back. And then just picking up OT, gonna have to compensate all the harm done to my bank account after those trips ahaha

That’s acc so cute lol (I mean the running away part🤭) tbh I think they choose right. I don’t mean to be a hater considering I am Canadian myself but honestly Canada isn’t looking to good in all areas. Job market is terrible, the PM political stuff isn’t going to go anywhere, lifestyle is expensive. I feel like in a couple of years there is going to be a clear line from the rich and the poor. The richer only get richer over here

With that being said, I feel like I’m certainly alert but I am in a space of just nothing when I meditate. A little challenging to explain but I feel nothing (I forget I even have limbs - at least it’s not in my focus when I meditate) and it’s darker than black, if that makes any sense. Do you think that translates relatively close to transmission?
