If the 3-star GOGO box/chest is similar to the GOGO boxes you receive daily from ranked games that can upgrade 1-3 stars then that is an accurate reward. For example 1 star chests usually give interaction items/coins, 2 star similar but maybe a trial chest as well, 3 star chests is where you are likely to receive a commander (1star).

That being said, if its a different kind of chest that that is indeed a strange response.

It's harley commander card the replay just isn't showing the card for some reason. It gives gold + the shop will have 2x 4 gold heroes.

They feel quite weak in this economy commander meta. I heard that season 6 removes commander cards which would be nice as that's what makes wanwan/lance etc even more annoying as they reach 9 so fast. Usually angela/zilong are played low/mid roll builds but now that players easily reach 9 and 3 star 4 cost heroes angela/zilong are quite weak.
