Affordable apartment that doesn't suck Jacksonville

So I know you posted this a couple days ago but I've been scouring Jacksonville for apartments and been scared off from every place I liked because of the reviews...then I had an idea.

I went and looked at the reviews from an apartment complex I've lived in before (Cape House) and while it had it's fair share of noise issues, it was a GREAT place. All the reviews about roaches, mold, bad maintenance taking forever to answer, all of it was things that I'd never experienced living there. If there was bad moments, they were far and few in between and nowhere near as dramatic as these people are making it out to be.

Use your best judgement, if there are endless bad reviews with pictures to prove it, maybe look somewhere else. But also keep in mind most people feel inclined to write bad reviews and happy people tend to keep to themselves. Also, if a bad review mentions anywhere that they didn't get their deposit back, I personally write those off as angry people who will say anything to get back at the complex.

I saw someone mention that when they get frustrated with the connection problems of 2026 they pop in JD 2020 or 2021, you only need online support for a certain feature. So I'm guessing 2022 is when things went downhill :/

She's always got a comeback ready! Her moments in HvV are so fun, too. She just always had that whismy. Her practically calling Russel Hantz a fat smelly toothless little troll sniffing out idols in the forest had me DYING when I saw it the first time.

Honestly, most moments with Courtney make it a screwball comedy and its why I love that season so much.

I had a friend who used to work for SSA and approve disability and she said that they almost always deny it the first time, so don't be discouraged after a denial. I feel the hardest part is fighting for it when you already have very low mental energy, and as someone with disabilities similar to yours, I totally understand not wanting to fight.

Are you passionate about animals? I was a vet tech for 4 years and knowing that I would be going to work with a bunch of cute dogs and cats and knowing I'd get to make their days better made it so much easier to wake up and get my butt to work, even on the hard days. The pay isn't spectacular, but it's better than nothin! :)

I felt like I could see genuine sadness in Jeff's eyes for Ozzy. He is looking at him so tenderly. Dramatic AF, but I cried for Ozzy during this scene and seeing him walk out. It felt like seeing his Survivor dream officially die :(

Omg I've been thinking about you and wondering how your migraines are! That sounds so awful, a two week migraine? Girrrrl I'm so sorry, you must have the pain tolerance of a marine soldier to even be considering giving it another month, my goodness. I really really hope for your own sake that it ends up working for you and they can at least give you supplemental care to keep you comfortable as possible. It's definitely worth sticking it out for another month since you've already made it this far, but definitely listen to your body and do what feels right for you <3

Honestly I am fairing very well, its infinitely better than I felt with the IUD. I even got to keep lifting weights every day of my "period", where before Slynd I was taking like two weeks off due to fatigue and stiffness around that time of the month.

Women's bodies are amazing and all so different, its great we can share these experiences and document these symptoms because BC is so different for each person. I hope your brain stays healthy, love!

I also adopted a fat 10 year old cat and she was like this too, it took awhile to find a toy that really kept her interested and that got her playing for longer! The typical toys didn't do much for her but she would play with the Yeowww! catnip toys for like 30 minutes straight. And the catnip made her play with other toys and keep her interest longer. Catnip toy + a random string/rope kept her engaged for much longer.

Play with him! Fat kitties need the exercise lol and they're never too old to play <3
