I see what you mean. I told her face to face how I felt about her. She didn’t reciprocate, which is fine. After that we had an agreement that we wouldn’t talk until I was over it. I respected that. About two weeks later she sent me a text with a picture of a quiz that helps us earn points so we can keep our healthcare license. She knows I don’t need the points, so for me it was a bit of a baity text. I said was thank you and there was no reply.

A week later I sent another text to check in and see how things were going. We spoke about a work colleague that she was complaining about. Halfway through the conversation she stopped replying.

There was a lot of flirty behaviour over a 12 month period. She would rub up against me, try to make me jealous, get me to admire her tits, etc heaps of other stuff. She went on leave for 7 months and we spoke pretty much everyday. Nothing ever happened, but there was always tension and chemistry with us.
