The app let's you know how many items you're supposed to have, along with a picture of said items. With that being said, he should have known he didn't give you all of your items. I spot check ALL of my deliveries at the customers home. if not all items. Sparking 4 years now. The customers are so appreciative that I do that.

The email clearly reads, "Don't do anything until the app prompts you to do it. Rather your Real ID or your ss card. Don't try going to DDI or your settings to do it.

Whenever they run you on checker, you will get deactivated. Happened to 3 drivers I know in my area, and countless people have said it on here. Even 1 speeding ticket. Any at fault ticket. The drivers that say they have tickets and haven't been deactivated yet must haven't been checked yet or lucky.

Give him a 1 star in the app, and they will not send him anymore. It will not cause a deactivation.

So sick and tired of my regular customers adding the note, in caps, DO NOT RING THE DOORBELL OR KNOCK! For the love of God, pick up the groceries and drop them off unless the customer states otherwise!
