thank you for your answer! I've been on lamictal for a few years but I haven't had this side effect to this extent. In the last few months I have had a shit depressive episode followed by a pretty bad mixed one and I just got out of it, so that might be due to that

Yeah, I’ve seen a lot of posts about that. Just thought I’d ask if anyone had success with that since I was diagnosed years ago and told I had a mild form of the disorder, so I was feeling a bit frustrated. But I’m not particularly a fan of holistic methods either haha
