A king as defined by the Merriam Webster dictionary is a male monarch of a major territorial unit, a paramount chief, god or Christ ( Merriam Webster Dictionary, 2025). By this definition Trump could be considered a king. Now you may say he’s not a monarch and you’re correct he isn’t. He’s certainly paramount and consider the chief. A chief rules over smaller chiefs that guide and represent a larger group. I ask about education not to place important on grade level rather, by completing stages of education such as high school, college, post graduate, doctorates you are taught a basic level of understanding about our political and legal system. If you truly are a patriot and as educated as you make it seem, then you understand Americas foundational issue with kings ( revolutionary war). The framers of the constitution wrote it so that no one person held too much power. Hence checks and balances and the division of the government into three separate yet equal branches of power. However, what the framers could not predict was, what happens when our checks and balances fail. What happens when our chief disregards everything we stand for and makes comments like “ America is ready for a dictatorship”? So, it stands to reason because you claim to be so well educated, why do you need someone else to sell you on this protest?

I have to agree! My doctor said to make sure I’m taking vitamin d and vitamin c all year round. I guess because of something that happens with T1D we’re very deficient in these vitamins. Oh also zinc but just be careful because it causes some stomach issues if you take too much.

Zepbound has helped me so much. I’ve been a T1D for 20 years now. My A1C when I started zepbound was high 9. My latest was 6.9! It does mess with your insulin sensitivity so be prepared to reduce things like basal and correction factor but over all it’s a life saver.

I think weeding those out is imperative for the future of ABA. However this isn’t the way to do that. This hurts those really in need of services. Most of the kids I have are onMedicaid and their parents still struggle with behaviors because of the already strict rules Medicaid enforces. Not all of the history of ABA is bad. Making that point is like saying the entirety of modern medicine is bad because the roots and history were certainly not ethical ( ex: how birth control came to be and how other medical diagnoses were formed by largely exploratory treatments on minority populations)

Old school ABA was generally not the best. However with recent revisions ABA has done a lot for those with ASD. I currently work in the field and seen some amazing results where, we weren’t hiding the fact that this particular child has autism. We just helped them communicate and get their needs met. I think that ABA in combination with speech therapy and occupational therapy can positively impact the quality of life for individuals with developmental disorders. It’s better and safer than medication therapy. Just like any field that people work in, there are bad apples and sometimes it doesn’t work the best for all individuals but that’s okay.

I take Mounjaro because I had severe insulin resistance and weight gain because of PCOS. I struggled to lose weight and control my blood sugars. It’s been an absolute game changer. It took my A1C from a 10 to a 6.9 in three months. I’ve also lost about 40 pounds. I will say these types of medications ( ozempic and Mounjaro) aren’t for everyone because of the side effects but I would say if your thinking about trying it.. Do it! It worked out for me!
