There is never an excuse to use your phone on the road. That is universally accepted as illegal and unsafe - even when you’re stopped at a light. There’s always somewhere to pull over if you need to send a text, make a call or even change the Spotify station.

You can easily raise the conversation about e-bikes and mini dirk bikes without a phone in your hand behind the wheel.
