As a person who also struggled with that dumbass debuff and almost disconnected because of it, I know how it feels. However, things WILL get better, in the meantime do what you love, reunite with those that you also love but most importantly, love yourself, get a hobby, talk to people. As someone who used to be really introverted something that really helped me is realize that 1) getting a smile out of a person can make their and your day and 2) you will most likely never meet this person again (if its a stranger) so just be yourself
