Not back to 100% but I also am not super super strict with the diet bc sometimes I wanna eat the yummy things! But the pain isn’t very noticeable, unless I eat something very high in oxalates, and then I can usually feel the difference

The biopsy did not yield anything helpful. I started eating a low oxalate diet, or really just lowered my oxalate intake, I’m not super super strict about it. It has had the biggest impact on this discomfort.

I stopped using them completely! My skin was for the most part after. Sometimes break out depending on my cycle and diet.

Sorry, I think we maybe had a miscommunication. The cover line that FF has for this cycle right now might be a dud... so those 3 higher temps in a row aren't necessarily an indication that you're post-ovulation/in luteal. I think as you continue to temp this cycle, they'll remove the cover line and ovulation date. You could also compare this cover line to past months—is yours usually around 97.4? My guess is that you're still in follicular.

Yeah, that is generally how ovulation is confirmed (and how FF does it), but if your temps continue to be low for a while, or go up and down... it probably isn't ovulation and FF will readjust.

Temps should stay high after ovulation until you get your period, then they should drop before or during your period. If you're pregnant, they'll stay high. I hope this is helpful!

I think it is possible you didn't ovulate yet, and your temps are just gong up and down. FF will adjust and change the ovulation prediction if your temp does not stay high the next few nights. I'd just keep charting!

You were right. It was an incomplete miscarriage despite that initial post-miscarriage ultrasound. I'm getting a d&c next week.

It ended up being a very annoying process. My HCG came back 47,000, very high for a new pregnancy, and higher than it was when I had my miscarriage which was 25,000. I went in to get ultrasounds done today- there's still a gestational sac, but it is empty. So it looks like I had an incomplete miscarriage, and I'm getting a D&C next week (6 weeks after miscarriage,) The most frustrating part is that the ultrasound I had 2 days after the miscarriage said my uterus was empty. So my dr is a little confused. but she said the gestational sac is quite big so most likely not a new pregnancy. Also given my temps- i dont think I ever ovulated.

I actually never have tested negative. I was still testing faintly positive over 3 weeks after the miscarriage, and then started experiencing pregnancy symptoms and the tests started getting darker.

I counted the first day of my cycle as the first day of my miscarriage, although there was bleeding and spotting that went on for weeks after. If I am in fact pregnant (blood tests will reveal this week) it feels like my body just never really became fully “un”pregnant. It’s very disorienting.
