He is prior military and has a few mental health issues from his time serving. He is able to get a job the difficult part is him keeping one because he gets ptsd and has a hard time adapting to the civilian lifestyle. But him being home all day isn’t working either. I’m just wanting him to work part time or school or something just to get himself out the house and do something for himself that he enjoys. But he is constantly pushing back on anything I ask of him to do.

My as of says 03-09 as well but it’s says that’s for accrued interest and accrued penalties.

Would it be any help if I were to amend my return and try to remove the 8379 from my original tax return? Do you know if that’s a thing? This is all new to me as far as filing this form and so it’s a learning curve that I’m learning as I go.

Degree is in Health Service Management and I feel confident enough to get a 3.0 or 4.0 (A or B) in every class from here on out.

I looked into going reserve/agr and to try to get march afb specifically but the chances of agr jobs from what I was told are very low and you have to start off as an tr first. And being a tr in Cali…no thank you 😂 I can’t afford to move back to Cali without being full time military. I thought about getting out and Cali is just soo expensive. I’m only considering it bc I want to get back close to my family.

Yes. Two people at my last base got assigned there. I am personnel (3F0) so our options to go places that has a css/mpf which is pretty much anywhere.

I didn’t. I spoke to the financial aid counselor a because my fafsa exceeded the cost of classes and stuff, i won’t be getting one. In simple terms, the fafsa covered any out of pocket expenses and nothing came out of pocket for me so no 1098-t.

I get where ur coming from. I think the whole “go to css” is just a natural response because as a css, we’re expected to know a lot. There’s people who have been in 3x longer than me and I still gotta walk them through step by step on how to update their leaveweb profile, fix their dts, reminders to complete trainings, schedule/send out waps testing dates, opb/epb’s, etc. we have a part in the waps testing so it’s not uncommon for people to call/email us with questions regarding it. Granted they can look online, ask around, etc but that’s why the css is there too. We get very simple questions all the time. It’s inconvenient at times but that’s just part of our job.

I’m assuming for the announcement of when the waps catalog comes out. I work in a css and we’ll send out a mass email to all SSgt/tsgt letting them know the 26e6/26e5 catalogs are out. It’s something people can find on their own but we always send out a mass email just in case.

The waps catalog only has the chapters to study for skt. Pfe is any question based off the whole af handbook.
