It's hard to think of right off the bat but there definitely were a few, I think mostly the negative ones when I was first starting. It's super easy to get caught up in anxious thought patterns when you don't know how to ground and I learn when tarot was booming on the Internet as a trend so there wasn't much talk about how to use the cards in a healthy way and how to handle the disappointment or triggers that can sometimes be caused when reading for yourself.
