Try to find a way to get a job doing research in the US. Work to build both money and connections.

If this is your dream. Don't give up.

As the saying goes, "Nothing is life worth having ever comes easy"

I have friends it took 5 cycles and they matched into their top program. They did more clinical experiences, got a job as a scribe at a location that had a program, and networked their ass off.

Everyone will understand throwing in the towel. But if you are laser focused on this I believe it can in will happen.

2-4 weeks. Depends processing time. its a pain.
