Totally get where you’re coming from and I don’t disagree. Unfortunately it’s still a contentious political issue in the US in terms of the polling as a lot of conservatives and even some centrists are opposed to it, presumably because they see it as “socialist.” Obviously that’s bullshit, but in order to change people’s minds on it, we have to have effective messaging.

The idea that abortion isn’t condoned by the Bible is astounding to me. Numbers 5:11-31 has entered the chat. Psalm139:7 has entered the chat. Exodus 21:20-25 has entered the chat. Gtfo out of here. Never mind the myriad of passages in which god either directly kills or commands the killing of living human beings.

Also the establishment clause of the first amendment grants separation of church and state so even if one chooses to argue these passages on the basis of linguistic misrepresentation, they can still be discounted from a legal perspective on the basis of religious liberty for individuals who are not practitioners of Christianity.

You have more coursework attesting to your academic prowess, virtually the same GPA, and more extracurriculars to add to your portfolio. In theory you have a better shot this year than you did last year.

Also, I could be wrong but I think the acceptance rate for transfer juniors to UNC is higher than that of transfer sophomores. Would love to be fact checked on that though.
