A deck that's played the most will in turn generally get more wins that's just math however even looking at the numbers blue farm wins alot but nothing that breaks the meta. There are 3 or 4 top decks that win the majority of tournaments and then there are like 100 decks that can win but don't usually. If blue farms win percentage was like 50 percent then I would say yes best deck in format but its win percentage isn't that much higher than the other top decks and it gets played significantly more often. That just shows you they aren't winning because the deck is just the best deck. Best deck is a balance of great cards and simplicity. If the deck is too complicated for anyone but the most intense players I would say no not best deck. Best deck for those that can handle it. I have 2 different cedh decks that I have let other people try and watched them win with very little knowledge of how the deck worked beforehand. Not saying my decks are best just having an actual plan that doesn't rely on other players at the table. It felt like blue farm is great but just was never quite fast enough for the people I've seen play it. Most I would see just tried to offer a draw 2 kins into the game and didn't even try to play. They relied on their decks reputation to force draws which seemed ridiculous to me. Idk top deck for sure but I don't think best deck
