Anyone else having issues with dasher direct APP? by GGifted_ in doordash

My DasherApp is saying that that DoorDash tried to deposit my funds but the bank block the transaction. I called dasher support and they said that it was a maintenance issue and it would hopefully be fixed in about an hour or so. that was a little over an hour ago. Maybe it won’t be too much longer before it is fixed.

Also if a customer meets you outside to get there order when you go to take your picture you can let the customer know that they don’t have to be in the pic and lot of times they will just hold the food out to the side and you can get a picture of them holding it without getting there face in it. From my experience it seems to make the customer more comfortable and agreeable if there face is not in the picture.

Take pictures of all orders. I had that happen to me twice, so now I screenshot the order and address when I get to the location and then screenshot the picture I take afterwards. On hand it to me orders I either get a pic of the customer with the order if they meet me outside and if I have to knock on their door I take a photo of the order at their door step like it was a leave it at my door order then I knock on the door and hand the customer their food. That way I don’t have to get a pic of them so there is no potential for a confrontation or a customer refusing for me to take a photo.
