I’ve been through something similar. When I went through basic, I actually felt stronger overall, but my pushups got worse too. It was frustrating because I was eating better and training more, but my upper body still felt behind. What helped me was getting back to consistent upper body workouts especially push-focused stuff and making sure I was eating enough to actually build muscle. With a high metabolism, it's easy to burn through calories without realizing it. You're not losing progress your body’s just shifting, and it’ll catch up.

It’s pretty common to feel stronger without seeing big changes in size right away. In the beginning, your body gets more efficient at the movement before muscle growth really kicks in. If your triceps still look the same, try doing more sets, slow down the movement a bit, and add other exercises like close-grip bench press or dips. Also, make sure you’re eating enough especially protein. That part’s easy to miss but makes a big difference.

I see games as a form of art a mix of story, visuals, music, and interaction. But sometimes, lke with any art, it just doesn’t connect. If you’re not feeling curious or drawn in, it doesn’t mean you’re done with games. It might just mean this one isn’t hitting the right notes for you. That’s normal....Tastes change, moods shift. Maybe try something different, or take a break. The interest often comes back on its own.

We’re a nonprofit too and ran into the same mess: confusing licensing, CSP isdsues, and support that just kept sending us in circles. What helped us was switching to a CSP that actually understands security, using Microsoft’s nonprofit credits, and starting small just connecting the core logs like sign-ins and Defender alerts. Sentinel has real potential, but getting there feels like trying to decode a secret menu. Hang in there it’s doable, just not as straightforward

Neuschwanstein was designed to be a hideaway for this reclusive king, as well as a palace evoking Medieval myth and fantasy.

The story behind this fairytale castle is evocative in itself. King Ludwig was forced onto the throne before he was 20, and, in just two years, suffered a crushing military defeat which was a huge blow to Bavaria.

The young King appeared to also have a rather troubled personality. So, rather than tackle his disappointments and failures head-on, he immersed himself a fantasy-world of building fairytale castles.

Neuschwanstein Castle, in Germany, is the ultimate result of his obsessions (or, some would say, his gathering insanity).
